The line of the arm, the way a hand finishes a movement, a body wave, a turn of the head, the confidence to hold a pause. Ladies Styling is danced without a partner, so the entire hour belongs to you and your own body.
The technique comes from Latin, but the effect travels everywhere: to the ballroom, to salsa and bachata, to the party dance floor and, as members like to point out, to the way they walk into a meeting. It is part dance training, part lesson in presence.
The group currently runs at Advanced level, for women who already have some dance experience. Starting from scratch? Begin with Latin Beginner, build your foundations, and Ladies Styling will be waiting for you.
